Luke Traini leads Trilogy Care as Chief Executive Officer. Luke joined Trilogy Care after a career spanning aged care operations, government policy, and consumer services. He is responsible for the day-to-day running of Trilogy Care and for the editorial direction of HomeCare Prices.

Luke reviews every guide published on HomeCare Prices for accuracy against Support at Home program rules. Where a guide covers pricing maths or program funding, Luke is the named reviewer.

James Whitelaw founded Trilogy Care in 2020. An accountant from Far North Queensland, James started Trilogy Care after helping his parents-in-law navigate the aged care system and finding that Self Managed care delivered far more hours of help per dollar than the full-service alternative.

James now chairs Trilogy Care and continues to set the company’s direction on price transparency. HomeCare Prices is the public expression of the calculation that started his work in aged care.
