Compare home care prices across Australia
HomeCare Prices is a comparison tool for Support at Home: the Australian Government program that pays for in-home aged care. It is independent in framing but operated by Trilogy Care, an approved Support at Home provider, and we say so on every page. Enter your suburb or postcode to see published hourly rates for cleaning, personal care, nursing, physiotherapy, transport, meal preparation, gardening and respite care from Trilogy Care's self-managed Support at Home and the ten largest full-service providers in your area.
Self-managed vs full-service home care
Self-managed Support at Home keeps the worker rate close to the government-funded baseline because the provider isn't layering coordination, package-management and care-management fees on top of every hour. Full-service providers can charge 1.5× to 2× the same per-hour rate for the same cleaner, nurse or support worker. The difference is what funds their internal coordination model.
How our pricing data is sourced
Rates are pulled from the My Aged Care provider register, cross-checked against published provider price guides and refreshed every 12 weeks in line with the government's pricing release cycle. Postcode-level variation cascades to SA3, state and national averages where a suburb has fewer than three providers, so the rate you see always has a sample size behind it. Read the methodology →
